We are always happy to see a returning client. RSCPMC has been engaged for an interesting and complex project in Virginia Beach, VA. 

 

We will be managing the addition of a second floor to a portion of an existing building.  The addition will house conference rooms and offices.  Concurrently we will be remodeling the first floor as they expand into additional space.  A very exciting and challenging project.  

 

Previously RSCPMC had overseen the buildout of 5,000 square feet of SCIF space in Northern Virginia for the same client.

Renovation in place for NCI; Reston, Virginia.  As a part of NCI's rebranding RSCPMC was called in to complete a renovation in place.  The work included the elevator lobby, breakroom, conference rooms to included the addition of state of the art Audio Visual Equipment.  The delicate remodeling of a customer-centric data center.  New furnishings.  Management of an internal move.  The cleanout of a 22,000 square foot fully furnished floor and electronics recycling.
