*We are proud of our continued relationship with NCI. The team of OTJ Architects, Right Angle Contracting, and RSC Project Management has completed a very time-sensitive project in Richmond Va. The project consisted of a nearly complete demo and build of approximately 18,000 SF offices. This included the early completion of an NCI contract required Data Center. The early completion was important to obtain the necessary accreditation to allow the contract to migrate to the new site. Our team worked alongside NCI's IT and Facilities group to get this accomplished by the stipulated deadline. We thank everyone involved for the success of this project.

*RSCPCM was tasked by NCI Information Systems of Reston, VA. to help complete a renovation in place being self-managed by NCI. NCI was having difficulty bringing the project to close. Once bringing us on board, NCI decided to rethink the project scope and design. We were given until December 31 to complete close out the original project along with the newly added scope. The December date allowed NCI to recapture nearly $900,000 in tenant improvement dollars. Working with the Intec Group on design and scope modifications, we then brought in an entirely new contractor, audiovisual, and furniture team. We designed, built, and furnished the occupied space by the December 31 deadline. We want to thank the team of Intech, Right Angle Contracting, Global Com, and Smith Contract for their dedication to the success of the project and meeting the extremely tight deadline.
